The Insolvency Practitioners Association (IPA) is a UK professional membership body and Recognised Professional Body that licenses and regulates insolvency practitioners. Formed in 1961 and incorporated in 1973, it is the only such body focused solely on insolvency and also acts as an anti-money-laundering supervisor for its members.
